First steps
Registration
Upon arrival, orders are individually registered, and a detailed description is passed to our technicians.
You will receive a confirmation email with a return date estimate.
For your first order or free trial, a personal account is automatically created using the email on the order form.
Activate it by creating a password to access your order status, pay invoices online, etc.
Note: Orders are never mixed; each one is treated individually at all stages.
Cold Cleaning
Devices are immersed in a decontaminating chemical bath that dissolves all residues (glue, composite, wax, resin, etc.).
This cold, non-mechanical method guarantees complete cleaning without altering part properties.
Note: Primer or pre-coated parts will lose their layer during this step.
Our technicians clean and disinfect tools and workspaces between each order to ensure an aseptic environment and avoid cross-contamination.
Again, practitioners must sterilize devices before use.
Inspection
After cleaning, each device undergoes a thorough individual inspection to check base condition, slot dimensions, and clip function (for self-ligating brackets).
This is done multiple times by our skilled team using cutting-edge tools.
Note: Defective devices are set aside and returned without charge.

Unless specified as "Bulk Return," your bands will be reshaped, calibrated, and numbered by size.

Brand Classification and Sorting
FOR brackets :
Brackets are sorted by tooth position and torque, and grouped by technique.If you choose the Brand Sorting option, brackets will also be sorted by brand.
- FOR baNDs :
Bands are grouped by tooth position and location (left/right, upper/lower)
- FOR distalizers :
If the classification option is selected, they are sorted by size and side.
Note: We also offer bulk reconditioning where parts are not sorted but grouped by family (band, bracket, distalizer).
Disto-gingival Marking
To simplify identification, we can add non-toxic colored dots indicating tooth destination.
Colors vary by technique and are brush-removable.
