1 Prepare your order

First thing first, your parts must be decontaminated, sterilized, or disinfected before sending.
Tick the box on the order form to confirm this step.

If not ticked, we will disinfect your devices at your expense (€3).
 

2 Fill out your order form

In addition to showing our prices, the order form details our services.
It must be fully completed (options, device brands, technique used, decontamination method, etc.) and signed.

For administrative reason, we do not process forms that are blank, unsigned, or missing a practice stamp.
 

3 Send it

For shipping, please use a cardboard box, or a padded envelope.
Paper envelopes are too fragile and can get to us ripped open.

Furthermore, we strongly recommend sending by tracked mail or registered mail. Standard letters offer no recourse in case of loss or damage.

4 Receive and pay your invoice

Once processed, you’ll receive your order and invoice directly at your practice.

Payment options :

• Credit card via your account (Amex accepted).
• Bank transfer (details on the upper right corner of your invoice).
